Opening hours
We are open to the public Monday to Friday from 09.30 to 14.30 excluding public holidays.Disabled access
The public entrance is at ground level and there are no stairs. There is a toilet for wheelchair users and those with limited physical mobility. A public service counter is available for consular customers at wheelchair level. All doors are wheelchair accessible.

- signs are clear and easy to read. (Not available in Braille)
- Guide dogs are welcome

- minicom and textphones are not installed

Please note that we do not issue full UK passports. Passport applications should be made directly to the UK Passport Service Iberia in Madrid.
