Opening hours

We are open to the public from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 excluding public holidays.

Out of hours emergency assistance

Out of office hours the Consulate telephone number (+351) 21 392 40 00provides details on how to proceed in case of an emergency and to contact a duty officer if needed.

Passports

Please note that we do not issue full UK passports. Passport applications should be made directly to the UK Passport Service Iberia in Madrid.
